Three MTV VMAs for Katy Perry, Adele is the Biggest Winner

Katy Perry won 3 MTV Music Video Awards including video of the year in the MTV MVAs 2011. Her song Firetrack was given the biggest award."Oh my goodness! Thank you so much. This is my second Moonman. I'm very proud of the song it stands for, which is 'Firework", she said as she got the awards.

Adele on the other hand was the biggest winner, garnering 4 trophies for her single Rolling in the Deep.

Cristine Reyes Goes Back to Work after 2-Week Confinement

Cristine Reyes has been admitted to the hospital for 2 weeks. At first, it was thought that it's a dengue fever but it was not. There have been rumors also that it was meningitis but there have been no confirmation if it's true.

After 2 weeks of confinement, sexy and sultry actress Cristine Reyes is now back to work. She went for a pictorial for a magazine and when asked about her illness, she just said she's overworked.

Cristine said the number one advice from her doctor is "bawal magpuyat". But with the nature of her work, that's inevitable. Now, she's doing first her movie and she'll do Reputasyon next, her afternoon show with ABS-CBN.

Kristine revealed that her boyfriend Rayver Cruz really took good care of her while she was sick and she appreciate it very much.

Vice Ganda, famous host of the ABS-CBN morning show, Show Time revealed in an interview that he has a boyfriend in real life. But he doesn't want to divulge the indentity of his boyfriend. He just hinted the his boyfriend is into sports.

Vice Ganda revealed that he's very careful with men wanting to get close to him.

ABS-CBN junior Master Chef Pinoy Edition First Heat Top 10

I'm a fan of the Master Chef series, from Australia to US and also its Junior Master Chef, yesterday I have watch the 1st heat of the competition were 20 aspiring contestants went on to make their fiesta inspired dishes. I was amazed on how these kids cook, at an early age I envy them, the way they cook and their technique were such amazing.

Only 10 out of the 20 in the 1st heat will be selected to advance, wherein their dishes were tasted and judged by 3 excellent chefs, Fern Aracama, Rolando Laudico, and JP Anglo judges. The top 10 contestants who made it past are Iain Johnston, Bea Atienza, Philip Amarillo, Kyle Imao, Juday Vinasoy, Franz Dacanay, Louise Mabulo, Micmic Alebusa, Gilbert Go and Hans Danielle.

Next Saturday we'll get to see the other 20 compete in the 2nd heat. The show is hosted by a great chef and actress Judy Ann Santos.

Jake Cuenca divulged that his date this coming Star Magic Ball is Lovie Poe. In an interview with SNN, Jake revealed that he invited Lovie Poe, his co-star in My Neighbor's Wife to be his date in the incoming Star Magic Ball on September 3, 2011. With the invitation, Lovie Poe asked permission from her handler and to which she's approved to do so.

Melissa Ricks, Jake Cuenca's ex-girlfriend will go solo to the ball and will just enjoy the company of her friends. In an interview, she was asked on her comment regarding Jake's date to which she replied she is not in a position to comment about it and that Jake is free to bring with him anyone of her choice.

Philippine representative to the Ms. Universe is on top of the online voting for Ms. Unvierse 2011. Filipinos are in full support for Ms. Shamcey and their online votes proved it. People can vote for their representatives until September 11 through Ms. Universe site and NBC's official website. The winner of the poll will automatically get a spot in the top 16 semi finalists of the pageant. Filipinos can vote for Shamcey 10 times a day per email address.

Shamcey Supsup is very grateful for her countrymen for the support for her. She said in her message, “Thank you for always praying for me and supporting me. It has been a roller-coaster ride and I'm getting my strength from all the Filipinos who kept on sending me messages on FB and Twitter. Thank you. I will be doing my best,”.

KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual Reportedly are Having Problems

It has been reported that famous couple hunk actor Piolo Pascual and the host of the Buzz KC Concepcion are having problem in their relationship. The rumors said that the relationship of the two are now on the rocks.

Last Sunday, KC Concepcion disclosed that she and Piolo Pascual are now in their ten month-relationship. She even greeted boyfriend Piolo a happy monthsary. Their relationship will turn 1 year come October 21, 2011.

KC's mom, the megastar Sharon Cuneta in an interview did not comment regarding the rumors and said she does not meddle the love affair of her daughter. She said, "I just want whoever it is who will be in my daughter's life would love and take care of her the way we would. Kasi hindi ko pinalaki 'yan para i-take for granted lang o balewalain.

But she gave a message to KC saying, "Kristina, Mama's here. Don't you forget, you're my daughter.

KC's father, actor Gabby Concepcion in an interview said he also heard the rumors but would not comment about it. Someone close to the couple said that theirs are just minor "tampuhan" and nothing serious, just normal for real relationships.

Charice Pempengco will not be a Part of Glee Season 3

International singing sensation and Filipino pride Charice Pempengco will not be a part of Glee season 3. The creator of "Glee" Ryan Murphy told reporters that Charice Pempengco will not reprise her role as exchange student Sunshine Corazon in the upcoming Glee Season 3.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy, in an interview with ABS-CBN said, “She’s coming back in a big way. We’re finishing the year with her. She’s coming back for five episodes at the end of the year. She’s gonna be great. Lots of big, big ballads for Charice.”
