KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual Reportedly are Having Problems

It has been reported that famous couple hunk actor Piolo Pascual and the host of the Buzz KC Concepcion are having problem in their relationship. The rumors said that the relationship of the two are now on the rocks.

Last Sunday, KC Concepcion disclosed that she and Piolo Pascual are now in their ten month-relationship. She even greeted boyfriend Piolo a happy monthsary. Their relationship will turn 1 year come October 21, 2011.

KC's mom, the megastar Sharon Cuneta in an interview did not comment regarding the rumors and said she does not meddle the love affair of her daughter. She said, "I just want whoever it is who will be in my daughter's life would love and take care of her the way we would. Kasi hindi ko pinalaki 'yan para i-take for granted lang o balewalain.

But she gave a message to KC saying, "Kristina, Mama's here. Don't you forget, you're my daughter.

"We love you.

"We went through so much when you were little. You don't have to go through it yourself."

KC's father, actor Gabby Concepcion in an interview said he also heard the rumors but would not comment about it. Someone close to the couple said that theirs are just minor "tampuhan" and nothing serious, just normal for real relationships.

So they have not broken up yet. I am a fan of this couple and I hope they'll end up together.

Jamess Yap, Not Ready to Fall In Love Again But Still Believes in Marriage

James Yap, the estranged hubby of the queen of Philippine media Kris Aquino attended the birthday party of the Regal matriarch Mother Lily Monteverde. His presence is very special for the birthday celebrator because according to Mother, she loves James Yap very much. Mother Lily requested James' Yap manager to invite him and be present on her birthday party. James Yap is very grateful for Mother Lily's love for him and even said yes when asked if she's willing to produce a movie for James Yap.

James revealed that his son is fast growing up and asks him tough questions like "Do you love my mama?" to which he would answer, "Of course, I love your mama". He said that he visits his son Bimby if time allows him to.

When asked if he's going out with Marie Digby, he replied that Marie is his friend and that she's a good girl. James said he's not yet ready to date again but still believes in marriage.

I hope James Yap will find a girl for himself who will stick with him forever because he deserves to be happy and so with his estranged wife, Kris Aquino.

Kris Aquino, Offended by Mayor Junjun Binay's Remarks About Marriage

It is undeniable that Kris Aquino and Mayor Junjun Binay have some sort of "mutual understanding" with each other. They were together during the concert of Justin Beiber here in Manila and the issue linking them both never dies. Anyways, they are both single and so there's no problem if ever they will fall for each other.

There's this article entitled "To Wed or not to Wed:Hayden & Vicki, Junjun and Kris" in Philippine Star news. The author of the article said that she was able to interview Junjun Binay during the wedding anniversary of Senator Mirriam Santiago and husband Narciso Santiago. She asked the mayor if he is indeed dating Kris Aquino to which he replied, "Yes, we are good friends. We saw the Justin Bieber concert together, and by gosh, when you're with Kris, everybody wants to have a picture with her."

He was then asked if he is open to the possibility of getting married again to which the mayor replied meaningfully, "Why do people marry? Because of lack of knowledge... Why do people separate? Because of lack of experience... Why do people remarry? Because of loss of memory."This statement of Mayor Junjun Binay offended Kris which she said is a "patama" to her. Kris Said that what the mayor said is not a reflection of Junjun Binay's marriage to his late wife Ken.

"I know that's not a reflection of his married life because from all he has shared w/ me, he & his wife Ken were exceptionally happy.", said Kris Aquino. In her twitter account, Kris said: "In the 14 months since my separation, I haven't dated anybody. I thought jun & I were friends but after what I read I've come to the conclusion a gentleman doesn't really say stuff like that especially when it can be read as "patama" to his friend."

Kris said the mayor apologized to her but she prefer to avoid the mayor to stop speculations about the two of them. Kris tweeted:"In conclusion, nag sorry si jun last night but I guess it's truly best for us to just avoid each other so no more talk about us."

Chiz Escudero is Kris Aquino's Guest in the Pilot Episode of Kris TV

The bubbly Kris Aquino had her pilot episode of her new talk show entitled "Kris TV" and her guest is no other than Senator Chiz Escudero who has been romantically linked with her. On her pilot episode, Chiz Escudero showed his culinary prowess by demonstrating how to cook adobo rice. He revealed that he studied cooking last year under a foreign chef. But since the foreign chef taught him complicated dishes, he learn to cook Adobo rice from his friend Reggie Aspiras. While cooking, Chiz gamefully asked Kris, "Gusto mo mas maitim?" referring to the soy sauce which allude the Makati mayor Junjun Binay who has been romantically linked also to the popular host. "Di ko sasagutin yun...pinagpawisan ako dun ha", Kris answered.

Chiz Escudero showed his personal side and admit that he likes to tinker things and mentioned that one of the popular hardware stores is his hang out. He also disclosed that he leads a simple life. What he used to be is still the same with what he is now even if he is already a senator. When asked about his personal life, Chiz Escudero answered meaningfully, "Tulad ng ilan, maraming pinagdaraanang pagsubok ang sinuman sa buhay pamilya. Ano man ang magiging dulo noon, ang kakahihinatnan noon, siguro panahon lang ang pwedeng magsabi. Ang importante, naandoon, inaalagaan ang mga anak ninyo at hindi napapabayaan. Senator Chiz playfully told Kris of his theory on why the two of them are being linked together. "May teoriya ako kung bakit tayo nachi-chismis. Chiz ako, miss ka." , to which Kris Aquino giggles.

Kris asked him how he sees himself 15 years from now to which the senator replied, "Sa career, wala na sa pulitika. Siguro nagtuturo kung babalik ako sa pagtuturo. Mas madalas sa probinsiya. Ang buhay pamilya, gaya ng sabi ko, ayokong tuldukan, ayokong i-predict kung ano ang mangyayari. Ang importante, pansamantala, masaya at okay ang mga anak ko. Maganda naman ang relasyon ko sa lahat ng malalapit sa akin, na tinuturi kong malapit sa akin."

Kris conveyed what she learns with her conversation with the senator,"Yung virtue of being true to yourself at pagiging simple."

Kris Aquino Asked to Leave Pilipinas Win na Win

Kris Aquino will be leaving in her noontime show Pilipinas Win na Win. It has been reported that the show is not rating well and the productions expenses are more than the income it brings in. In other words, it's not earning. Kris Aquino is very honest and humble enough to admit that she did not decide to quit the show but it was the station's management that asked her to leave. They will be experiment a series of hosts and Kris Aquino will be replaced by four singers who are knows as "hitmakers" - Rico J. Puno, Rey Valera, Marco Sison and Nonoy Zuñiga.

October 1, 2010, Friday is Kris aquino's last day in Pilipinas Win na Win. In her tweet, Kris said she'll shoot comercials after this week while eaiting for the script of her movie with star Cinema, Dalaw. She also said that she'll utilize the time , resting and praying. "I'm gonna give myself some time to de-stress, de-compress & pray. Doing my version of Eat Pray Love, mine is Exercise Pray Heal," said Kris Aquino.

Vice Ganda, not Junjun Binay was Kris Aquino's Date

Kris Aquino and Junjun Binay were spotted at Glorietta Mall together with Kris kids, Josh and Baby James. Baby James was heard asking his Mom if the Makati mayor was her boyfriend to which Kris replied " 'No, Bimby. He's just my friend. He's not my boyfriend.' Mayor Binay also replied to the kid, "No, I'm just your mom's friend.'

Vice Ganda clarified, "Ako ang date ni Kris nun. Talagang nakita nila si Mayor Junjun at saka si Kris na nag-uusap, pero kasama ako. Pero hindi sila nag-date, hindi nag-mall, hindi nag-stroll—as in hindi sila nagkasama kahit ng limang minuto. Walang ganun. Parang nagbigay respeto lang since nasa isang lugar sila at magkakilala sila."

Kris Aquino also explained and clarified that they were not dating. ""In my position right now, kung may makita lang akong katabi, siya na matsitsismis sa akin next. May tumabi lang sa akin at mag-hello sa akin, biglang nagagawan na ng kuwento na hindi talaga totoo. Kaya ko ito itinutuwid kasi na-bother yung mga kapatid ko. At sinabi nila i-correct ko daw ito kaagad," said Kris.

Since Kris and James separated, a lot of people are waiting who's gonna be linked to the TV host-actress next.

Kris and James Meet in Court, Reach Compromise Agreement

I watched TV Patrol news last night and it was reported that Kris and James meet in court to agree on the petition of James Yap for his visitation rights to their 3-year old son Baby James.

They lasted for 3 hours and they reach a compromise agreement. James can visit his son for six hours every Wednesday and he can have Baby James in his place every Friday provided that the baby will be accompanied by two yayas and a bodyguard and it will only be within Metro Manila. James can't bring Baby James to his province in Escalante, Negros.

James right away went to fetch his son in Kris' place since it was a Friday yesterday. At least, the baby can grow up with the care of his two parents even if the two are already separated.

Kris Aquino is Sick

Kris Aquino was not able to show up in her show Pilipinas Win na Win because she's sick. In her tweet, Kris said "Yes I was sick today, totally heartsick & crying nonstop. I shouldn't admit weakness, but I'm falling apart because ending a marriage is hell. Bimby gave me kleenex & asked what's wrong mom? I was honest & said mama & papa r fighting. Then he said wise words na super wake up call for me, u r brave mama ko. I asked him if he wanted his papa to come back to live w/ us & he said mama dito tayo (then he said name of condo where we live), papa ko sa other house pero friends tayo no more away-away."

Kris Aquino said, "And so I face tomorrow's hearing w/ that intention, for bimby's sake, I'll offer friendship to his papa. Somebody text me, may angels tread before u sa path u'll go thru tomorrow. My angel baby james already did.That is the truth in my heart & all that I feel. I know I failed as a wife & james also failed as a husband. But we still have a chance to succeed as parents. And our son deserves the best effort I can give. Di ko man nabigyan si bimby ng complete family, but I can still make sure he'll always feel the love of both his parents for him. Good night. Say a prayer for our hearing tomorrow."


It's always painful to say goodbye, what more going through a process of ending a marriage. The kids are the ones who will suffer the most. I hope everything will turn out good between Kris and James for the sake of their son.

Kris Aquino Answers James' Mom

Kris Aquino appeared in a taped interview yesterday, obviously hurt by the statements of James Yap's mom. It can be remembered that Mrs. Annie Yap, James mom had a taped interview saying she does not approve Kris for James.

Kris said that she'll never talk anything derogatory to James because he is the father of her son. "Mapapanood po yun ng apo ninyo at some point in time kasi nasa internet na. Nanay niya po ako. Kahit anong gawin ninyo, lumbas siya sa sinapupunan ko. Ako po ang magpapalaki at magsisikap na maitaguyod si Baby James. Masakit po para sa akin na yung apo ninyo, sisiraan ang nanay niya sa kanya. Kasi magkahiwalay man kami ni James, kadugo nyo pa din po and anak ko, Kris Aquino said.

Magsakripisyo na ako, mananahimik na ako, Magpakumbaba na ako. Handa kong gawin yun dahil ganun ko kamahal ang anak ko. Sana kahit kunti po, bigyan niyo din ng pagmamahal ang anak ko, Kris adds.

Mother of James Yap Defends him

After so much brouhaha regarding the Kris Aquino-James Yap break-up, James' mom, Annie finally airs her side and speaks out. She appeared on Sunday in GMA's Showbiz Central, obviously hurting about the separation of her son B-Meg power player James Yap and TV host-actress Kris Aquino.

She said that Kris Aquino's comments on television brought so much pain to her and her family.“Ang lahat ng kasalanan binubunton niya (Kris) sa anak ko. Sana naman huwag naman kasi hindi naman tayo perfect, di ba? Ang Diyos lang ang perfect,” Mrs. Annie Yap told showbiz Central.“Kung may kasalanan ang anak ko, siguro natural naman sa mag-asawa ang mag-away. Pero huwag naman lahat ibunton sa anak ko. Malungkot talaga ako. Naa-awa ako sa anak ko,”


According to Kris Aquino, what triggered her decision to break up with James Yap was the ugly words James thrown to Kris in one of their arguments in front of their son Bimby.


Showbiz Central asked Mrs. Yap if James has the tendency to be verbally abusive when in a heated argument and she replied. “Hindi. Alam ko ang ugali ng anak ko. Alam ko talaga ang ugali ng anak ko. Mabait siya at di siya sumisigaw. Kahit umuwi siya rito, hindi siya ganoon,”


James Yap's mom also confirmed the rumor at the onset of Kris and James that the latter had impregnated a woman and that Kris Aquino knows it. James Yap chose to wed Kris Aquino over the girl he impregnated because James loves Kris Aquino.

James' mother revealed that she does not approve Kris for James.“Sa totoo lang, nagsasabi ako ng totoo kasi di ako plastic siyempre. Kasi sinabi niya sa akin ni James na sila na raw. Tapos okay daw ba ako? Sabi ko sa kanila, siyempre Kris Aquino, sabi ko, ‘No! Ayoko!,’ sabi ko sa kanya. ‘So bakit, Ma?’ sabi niya. Sabi ko, ‘Basta ayoko sa kanya,” Annie said.“Sa totoo lang, tutol talaga ako kasi alam mo naman si Kris, di ba? Pero sa huli, gusto ng anak ko. Wala kaming magawa, di ba?,” added Mrs. Annie Yap.

Despite James' mom disapproval for Kris, James tied the knot with Kris because he loved her. James mom told showbiz central that she was hurt because James did not inform her about their wedding.

“Nalungkot ako. Sa totoo lang, umiyak ako dahil sabi ko sa kanya nagulat ako kasi di ka nagpaalam sa amin. Pinaalam mo tapos na kayong kasal. Siyempre nagalit ako. Siyempre bilang nanay, ina niya ako tapos di niya (pinaalam) sa akin kaya nagalit ako. Hindi ako nakatulog. Umiyak ako hanggang umaga sa totoo lang.”

But what made it even more hurtful, Annie admitted, was that James married Kris. “Yun na yon,” Annie said. “Iba talaga kami. Mahirap lang kami. Sila mayaman. Tutol ako. Hindi naman ako tutol porke’t ganoon siya. Hindi, wala ako niyan. Sa buhay namin angat siya sa amin siyempre. Ayoko. Tutol ako ba.”

Annie's message to James is to focus his attention to his son.

It takes two to tango as it is said so in every break-up, there's always two people involved and you can't just throw all the blame to one person. Obviously, their marriage from the start is somehow bound to fail. Kris has a very domineering personality while James Yap seems to be the underdog. In marriage, it takes compromise, forgiveness, patience, understanding and not just thinking of oneself in order for the union to last which I believe one of them doesn't have. .

Kris Aquino Arrives from her US Vacation, answers Pregnancy Rumors

The controversial TV host-actress Kris Aquino-Yap arrived from her US vacation of 3 weeks. She denied issues regarding her pregnancy and reiterated that her marriage to James Yap is over.

She sang a line of the song "It must have been love, but it's over now" when asked by a radio reporter why she wanted to end her marriage with James Yap.

She admitted being irked by the pregnancy rumor and even got a call from President Ninoy about her rumored pregnancy. She also denied rumors linking her to Senator Chiz Escudero and said she's not a home wrecker. she admitted that she's affected by what she claimed James Yap's womanizing.

New Noontime Show for ABS-CBN

It's official, ABS-CBN will launch a new noontime show on the 31st of July, 2010, Saturday. The show will replace Wowowee which was hosted by Willie Revillame. The new show is entitled "Pilipinas for the Win". This will be hosted by Robin Padilla, Kris Aquino, Mariel Rodriguez, Valerie Concepcion and Pokwang.

Update: ABS-CBN announced the final title of their new noontime show, from Pilipinas for the win, it is now entitled, "Pilipinas, Win na Win!".

Is it finally Over for Kris and James?

It seems like Kris Aquino is really determined to end up her marriage with husband James Yap. In her interview on her last day of her show "The Buzz" she said that for her, their marriage is already over. "Ako sumuko na", Krissy said. She did not elaborate what's the cause of their latest marital woes for privacy reasons.

At the outset of their marriage, a lot of cynics have already believed that their marriage won't last. First is the age gap. Kris is 11 years older than her husband James. So that would mean a lot of adjustments to both of them. Kris grows up in the city and came from a well-known family and used to a life of media scrutiny being an actress and a daughter to a former president. While James Yap hails from the province and lived a life completely different that of Kris'. Kris Aquino is very vocal while James is a type of person who is just silent. The cynics seem to be right in their guess.

While James Yap wanted to mend whatever differences he has with Kris and wants their marriage intact as they promised to the late president Cory Aquino, Kris seems finally decided to end her marriage. She is now having her lawyers work the papers on their separation.
