Famous sweethearts Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes celebrate their birthdays on the month of August. Dingdong Dantes celebrated his birthday last August 2 and turned 31 while Marian Rivera will turn 27 on the 12th of August.

Marian Rivera gave a watch to Dingdong Dantes, his favorite watch but Dingdong doesn't want to divulge the brand. He was surprised by the gift because he was planning to buy a watch in the middle of August but Marian Rivera gave it to him as a birthday gift.

Dingdong Dantes, boyfriend of Marian Rivera is all support for her amidst the controversies that she is now, the alleged incident at the airport. It has been a big news when reports came out that the mother of Heart Evangelista confronted her at the airport teling her to keep away from her daughter.

Marian Rivera already aired her side of the controversy telling she was shocked on what happened at the airport. She narrated that she thought Heart and she were okay but all the while, were not.

Heart Evangelista who is on vacation in Brazil with boyfriend Daniel Matsunaga remained mum about the issue but there were tweets on her twitter account addressing the controversy.

Dingdong Dantes when asked if they talked about the issue admitted that he and girlfriend Marian talked about it but he's not in a position to tell it to everyone since he was not there when the incident happened. "Basta ang masasabi ko lang, dun ako sa totoo, dun ako sa tama. Hindi ako sang-ayon sa abusado, Dingdon said.

He told reporters that its one of the things that keeps their relationship strong, being open with each other and supporting each other.

Chiz Escudero is Kris Aquino's Guest in the Pilot Episode of Kris TV

The bubbly Kris Aquino had her pilot episode of her new talk show entitled "Kris TV" and her guest is no other than Senator Chiz Escudero who has been romantically linked with her. On her pilot episode, Chiz Escudero showed his culinary prowess by demonstrating how to cook adobo rice. He revealed that he studied cooking last year under a foreign chef. But since the foreign chef taught him complicated dishes, he learn to cook Adobo rice from his friend Reggie Aspiras. While cooking, Chiz gamefully asked Kris, "Gusto mo mas maitim?" referring to the soy sauce which allude the Makati mayor Junjun Binay who has been romantically linked also to the popular host. "Di ko sasagutin yun...pinagpawisan ako dun ha", Kris answered.

Chiz Escudero showed his personal side and admit that he likes to tinker things and mentioned that one of the popular hardware stores is his hang out. He also disclosed that he leads a simple life. What he used to be is still the same with what he is now even if he is already a senator. When asked about his personal life, Chiz Escudero answered meaningfully, "Tulad ng ilan, maraming pinagdaraanang pagsubok ang sinuman sa buhay pamilya. Ano man ang magiging dulo noon, ang kakahihinatnan noon, siguro panahon lang ang pwedeng magsabi. Ang importante, naandoon, inaalagaan ang mga anak ninyo at hindi napapabayaan. Siguro, panahon lang at tadhana ang makakapagsabi ang mangyayari sa mga susunod na araw, linggo, buwan. At ayokong lagyan ng tuldok 'yon."

Senator Chiz playfully told Kris of his theory on why the two of them are being linked together. "May teoriya ako kung bakit tayo nachi-chismis. Chiz ako, miss ka." , to which Kris Aquino giggles.

Kris asked him how he sees himself 15 years from now to which the senator replied, "Sa career, wala na sa pulitika. Siguro nagtuturo kung babalik ako sa pagtuturo. Mas madalas sa probinsiya. Ang buhay pamilya, gaya ng sabi ko, ayokong tuldukan, ayokong i-predict kung ano ang mangyayari. Ang importante, pansamantala, masaya at okay ang mga anak ko. Maganda naman ang relasyon ko sa lahat ng malalapit sa akin, na tinuturi kong malapit sa akin."

Kris conveyed what she learns with her conversation with the senator,"Yung virtue of being true to yourself at pagiging simple."

Dennis Trillo and Jennelyn Mercado have officially called it quits after a nearly 1 year of romance. The two were being linked together and their budding romance started when they starred together in an afternoon drama series " Gumapang Ka sa Lupa", their first team-up.

There were claims that Dennis Trillo got jealous of Patrick Garcia, Jennelyn Mercado's ex-boyfriend whom she has a son named Alex Jazz, when she communicate with him. Another source who is said to be close to both Dennis and Jennelyn reported that the two had a terrible fight and that is caused their relationship to the drain. The source said the fight is in connection with Dennis Trillo's jealousy and Jennelyn Mercado's alleged immaturity.

Another source said that it was Jennelyn Mercado who would get jealous of Dennis Trillo after Trillo was asked to hand a bouquet of flowers to Heart Evangelista, his co-star in Dwarfina, who happened to be Dennis Trillo's crush but their romance did not prosper.

In an official statement by Jennelyn Mercado's manager, Becky Aguila, she said Mercado is heartbroken over the split and needs time to be alone. She added that Mercado is aware that she has to move on not only for her sake but also for the sake of her son, Alex Jazz.
